Safety, Love, Being seen, Acceptance, Play, Rest, Approval, Nurtured, Sexually Desired, Held.
Remember that you can fulfill your core needs yourself. Ask yourself and your body what do I need right now? (Mental, physical, emotional or spiritual body)
Ask yourself on regular basis: What would I do in this situation/today/right now if I loved myself more?
Invite shame, dance with it, feel it and release it.
Your body hears everything your mind say. Be kind to yourself.
Allow yourself to receive in life. You are worthy!
Embrace your emotions. They are the most beautiful part of being a woman and without your emotions it wouldn’t be any reason to live right?
Gratitude is the key to happiness, self love, body acceptance and reaching any goal or dream in your life.
Your throat is connected to your sex centre. If there is a blockage in your throat there is a big chance it will be a blockage in your sex centre and the other way around.
Embrace who you are and accept all parts of you. There is no one else like you and that is your gift.
***Also I just want to clarify that it doesn’t matter if you are a virgin or have slept with 500 people. It doesn’t matter if you are planning to wait with sex until marriage or are enjoying casual sex with different lovers every week. As long as you do what feels right for YOU and that it is a full body fuck yes it does not mean anything more than what you decide that it means. The number of sex partners does not define your worth. It does not define if you are a “good” girl/woman or not. It does not define anything at all and how you dress does not define your sex life, your worth or anything else either. Small minded people who aren’t happy with themself will always have something to say, judge or have an opinion. Never let other people’s opinion become your reality or impact how you show up in the world. You know yourself. You know who you are. You know how you do life***
