I’ve been working with men in the most intimate terrain of their lives for over six and a half years. I’ve sat with the shame, the silence, the “I thought I was the only one.” I’ve watched men go from avoiding intimacy entirely to feeling genuinely free in their bodies and relationships. Men from all walks of life, all backgrounds, all cultures and beliefs.

I built OPA by taking the exact work I do with my 1:1 clients and putting it into a self-paced program, so more men can access it. Because I kept seeing the same thing: men clicking on my content, reading every word, and then disappearing, too embarrassed to reach out. And because I see performance anxiety becoming more and more common, and I want to help as many men as possible. This program exists so that the barrier to getting support is lower. My approach blends nervous system science, body-based practices for real change and integration, psychology, breathwork, and a thread of tantra and conscious sexuality. I’m warm and compassionate. What is embodiment? Do I need experience with this?

Not at all. Embodiment simply means learning to be in your body rather than just in your head. Everything is taught from scratch. You don’t need any background in breathwork, meditation, or embodiment. Just a willingness to try.

How long does the program take?

The program is structured across 4 weeks but you go entirely at your own pace. Some men work through it in a month, others take longer. Lifetime access means you can always return.

How much time do I need each week?

The videos alone are roughly 90 to 120 minutes per week. Daily practices are short, around 15 minutes spread across the day in 2 to 5 minute blocks. Add in the weekly practice, optional breathwork practice and audio and you’re looking at around 4 to 5 hours per week if you do everything.

That said, the program is designed with flexibility in mind. There are non-negotiables that will move the needle and bonus content for those who want to go deeper. Start with what you can and come back to the rest. You have lifetime access.

Will anyone know I’ve enrolled?

No. This is entirely private. Your purchase, your login, your journey. Many men find the privacy of a self-paced program is exactly what allows them to finally start.

Absolutely. Most of the work in OPA is internal, understanding your nervous system, building body awareness, changing your relationship with arousal and sensation.
