Correction: If you are doing a De-armouring experience with yourself with intention for healing and releasing. I highly recommend that you spend at least 30 minutes of self pleasure, self touch and warm up with touch of your whole body, whole pussy and potentially, dance, move, breathe as well before. I believe the more time you spend activate your body and warming up the more you will get out of your experience. My most profound experiences and releases have been when I’ve been doing longer sessions.
