Hi, I'm Alexandra
I help people experience deeper intimacy, stronger connection, confidence, and more fulfilling sex.
In my sessions, we create a space where it feels safe to talk openly about intimacy, desire, sex, and connection. Together we explore what’s getting in the way and work with both the mind and the body so intimacy can start to feel natural, relaxed, and enjoyable again.
Over the past six years, I’ve supported hundreds of women, men, and couples through private coaching, programs, workshops, international events, and speaking. My approach is focused on creating real, lasting change rather than quick fixes.
Born and raised in Sweden, where conversations around sexuality tend to be more open, I grew up with a different perspective on intimacy. Today I’m a trauma-informed certified sex and intimacy coach and speaker based in Sydney, supporting clients both in person and online around the world.
This work isn’t just what I do, it’s something I care deeply about and live in my own life. The presence, honesty, and openness I bring into every session are the same qualities I value in my own relationships. I truly believe I have one of the best jobs in the world, and I look forward to connecting with you.
My Story
Like many of the people I work with, intimacy didn’t always feel easy or natural for me.
For years, I lived quite disconnected from my body and my pleasure. On the outside, I was confident and knowledgeable. But underneath, I felt numb and shut down. I struggled to surrender during intimacy or express what I truly wanted. In many ways, I didn’t even know what I needed in order to feel safe.
Sex often felt like something I had to perform rather than something I genuinely enjoyed. I found it difficult to stay present, receive real pleasure, or allow myself to fully open. Most of the time I was stuck in my head, quietly wondering if something was wrong with me.
That question, along with healing earlier sexual trauma and other experiences in my life, led me on a long journey into studying sexology and exploring nervous system work, breathwork, embodiment, tantra, and somatic practices.
For the first time, I began to move out of my head and back into my body. Slowly, things began to shift. I started to feel safer within myself, and I could feel both pleasure and sensation again.
Intimacy was no longer something I only understood intellectually. Sex began to feel deeply connecting, and I was no longer stuck in my head worrying about how I looked or whether something was wrong with me. I could finally be present.
Real change started to unfold in my life, my relationships, and in how I felt in my own body.
My connection to others became deeper and more authentic, and I slowly began finding my way back to myself.
Interestingly, I knew already when I was 18 that I wanted to become a sexologist. I remember standing up in school and giving a talk about sex and intimacy, and something in me simply knew this was the path I was meant to follow.
It would take almost another decade before I began studying it formally, but the curiosity and exploration had already started long before that.
That early spark, combined with my own journey and the challenges I’ve moved through, shaped the work I offer today, the depth of the spaces I hold, and the understanding I bring to the experiences my clients are navigating.
Who I Work With
I work with individuals and couples who are ready to say yes to themselves and to deeper connection with their bodies, their desires, and their relationships. People who want more and are ready for a change that can ripple out into every area of their lives.
Some struggle with a busy mind, disconnection, or specific sexual challenges. Others simply want to feel closer, understand their partner more deeply, or reclaim their sexuality, voice, pleasure, and confidence.
Many of my clients have already tried apps, podcasts, therapy, or techniques, but something still isn’t shifting. Others are completely new to working with someone and simply feel ready for real support.
That’s where our work together begins.
I meet you exactly where you are. Together we slow things down, explore what’s really happening beneath the surface, and move toward what you truly want to experience in intimacy and in life.
“I don’t fear rejection anymore and prioritise myself and my pleasure.”
Thanks for your guidance over the last few weeks. I thought when I signed up for a sexuality course that it would be all sex related and I have learned plenty of sex and my own body anatomy. Mostly what I got out of the course tho was this increased self awareness around the areas I was stuck and why I tend to find myself stuck (which relates to perhaps a maladaptive perfectionism and intense fear of rejection). I think the course sort of gave me the push or a held space for me to do things that seemed scary to me like speaking up for myself in the team huddle or texting that guy....I have an increased awareness of my bodily and emotional reactions to things outside my comfort zone/fear of rejections and how to physically work through those things so I don’t become disabled by fear. I think actually prioritising yourself and your pleasure and creating a day that you want to live has been really powerful. Thank you for prompting to try all these new things, I’ve learned so much from you.

Professional Credentials
Over the past six years, I’ve supported hundreds of individuals through a wide range of services, including 1:1 coaching, online programs, mentorships, workshops, international events, public speaking, breathwork sessions, men’s groups, and women’s circles.
Through this work, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the challenges people face around sex, intimacy, confidence, and connection, and what truly helps people create lasting change.
Today, I’m a certified holistic sex and intimacy coach trained in clinical sexology, a trauma-informed embodiment mentor, and a breathwork and nervous system facilitator specialising in performance anxiety and the mind-body connection.
I hold a grounded, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are.
Experience, Philosophy & Approach
This work is not just something I studied, it’s something I live and breathe every day.
Alongside my professional training, I’ve invested over a decade into mentorship, personal growth, and my own healing journey. The way I work comes from that combinations of knowledge, studies and certification, lived experience, and a genuine devotion to helping people feel more at home in their bodies and their relationships.
It’s easier to open up when you’re working with someone who understands the challenges that can arise around intimacy, performance, confidence, and connection. Because I’ve moved through many challenges myself, I’m able to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and completely free from judgment.
Lightness & Humour
And while this work can be deep and meaningful, it doesn’t have to feel heavy. I often bring humour and laughter into our sessions, because intimacy, pleasure, and connection are not just serious topics, they’re also meant to be normal, human, and easy to talk about.
Many clients leave sessions feeling inspired, empowered, hopeful, and lighter than before.

"I became magnetic!"
"After Alexandras program I totally shifted my energy, I am connected to myself, my pussy, my sexuality and I became magnetic for a partner with whom I allow myself to experience and receive pleasure from. I’ve learned how to communicate my boundaries, to be present in my body, relax, release and let go of trauma and past experiences that doesn’t serve me in the present moment. Also some good tips about giving pleasure which were appreciated :)) Was an intense journey which I committed myself to and the safe container that Alexandra created took me to the next level in my life journey. I feel blessed, grateful and honoured for being part of this program and all my takeaways"
