Silicon Lube
?Long lasting glide that doesn’t get sticky
?Works well in water (shower, tub, pool, bath)
?Compatible with latex, rubber, glass, stainless steel etc
?Works well for body slides and massage
⛔️Be aware- Never use silicon lube on silicon toys/pleasure products. Silicon breaks down silicon and it can be toxic.
Water based
?Does not stain sheets
?Compatible with all toy materials
?More variety to choose from when it comes to flavours, warming, stimulating etc
?Easy to wash off from the body
⛔️Be aware – It doesn’t last as long as silicon and may get sticky after a bit. (Add a bit of water to reactivate the lube)
Hybrid (it’s a water based lubricant with a silicon ingredient)
?Water based but doesn’t feel sticky
?Hydrate and traps moisture in the skin
?Slippery but also thin enough to feel a lot of sensation
⛔️Works well with most materials but not suggested to use with silicon devices.
Plant based
?Many plant based lubes are certified as organic which appeals to many people
?Some contain aloe for it’s healing and moisturising effect
?Smooth glide and very silky
?Some contains a natural form of glycerin that is derived from vegetable oil or plant cellulose
⛔️Most plant based lubes works well with most material but check label prior use.
? Coconut Oil – You vagina either love it or not.
There is a big hype about organic coconut oil and how it is the best “lube” out there or how it’s the “natural answer” to everything in life atm. Some people love it because it’s natural and doesn’t contain preservatives, it’s non greasy and soaks into the skin quickly. It’s naturally edible and can be used for massage or just to moisturise the body. Other people don’t like it at all because it’s not slippery enough and can’t be used with latex condoms.
