I’ve been working with men in the most intimate terrain of their lives for over six and a half years. I’ve sat with the shame, the silence, the “I thought I was the only one.” I’ve watched men go from avoiding intimacy entirely to feeling genuinely free in their bodies and relationships. If you can get an erection sometimes no. This program is designed for men who can get an erection on their own, or sometimes, which means there’s no physical issue. If you’re unsure, always worth a check-up with your doctor. But if you can get hard alone, this is almost certainly a nervous system and psychology pattern, not a physical one.

Not at all. Embodiment simply means learning to be in your body rather than just in your head. Everything is taught from scratch. You don’t need any background in breathwork, meditation, or embodiment. Just a willingness to try.

The program is structured across 4 weeks but you go entirely at your own pace. Some men work through it in a month, others take longer. Lifetime access means you can always return.

The videos alone are roughly 90 to 120 minutes per week. Daily practices are short, around 15 minutes spread across the day in 2 to 5 minute blocks. Add in the weekly practice, optional breathwork practice and audio and you’re looking at around 4 to 5 hours per week if you do everything.

That said, the program is designed with flexibility in mind. There are non-negotiables that will move the needle and bonus content for those who want to go deeper. Start with what you can and come back to the rest. You have lifetime access.
