I’ve been working with men in the most intimate terrain of their lives for over six and a half years. I’ve sat with the shame, the silence, the “I thought I was the only one.” I’ve watched men go from avoiding intimacy entirely to feeling genuinely free in their bodies and relationships.

Common questions
Is there anything physically wrong with me?
This program is designed for men who function normally when alone — which means there’s no physical issue. If you’re unsure, always worth a check-up with your doctor. But if you can get an erection on your own, this is almost certainly a nervous system and psychology pattern, not a physical one.
What is “embodied” — do I need experience with this?
Not at all. Embodiment simply means learning to be in your body rather than just in your head. Everything is taught from scratch. You don’t need any background in breathwork, meditation, or somatic practice. Just a willingness to try.
How long does it take?
The program is structured across 4 weeks but you go entirely at your own pace. Some men work through it in a month, others take longer. Lifetime access means you can always return.
Will anyone know I’ve enrolled? No. This is entirely private. Your purchase, your login, your journey. Many men find the privacy of a self-paced program is exactly what allows them to finally start.
