Gratitude ⠀
During challenging times like this we need to focus on the good, focus on love, kindness, compassion and gratitude.

Write a list with all the things you love about your partner or about yourself if you are single. At lest 20 things and read them for each other or read them out loud to yourself.

Put the lists on the fridge and read it every morning. Read both lists if you are in a relationship and go back and read your own list if you are about to loose your shit over your partner at some stage.

Research has shown that feeling and expressing gratitude is related to optimism, better physical and mental health, positive mood, better sleep, and feeling more connected to other people.

I always recommend taking a few minutes daily to write down 3-4 things that we are grateful for or share a few with someone in the household.
