Breathe Into You – Come Home To Yourself
An Evening of Clarity, Connection & Realignment
In the busyness of life, it’s easy to get caught in the noise of the mind and forget the quiet wisdom of the body. This evening is an invitation to pause, slow down, and return to your centre, your breath, your body, your heart, your truth.
Together, we’ll begin with a heart-opening intention setting over a warm cup of cacao or tea, followed by conscious connected breathwork and a deeply nourishing crystal sound journey and integration.
This is a space to release what no longer serves you, reconnect to your heart, and realign with your inner truth as we step into the winter season. Let the outside world fade for a moment, and gift yourself the presence, clarity, and connection you’ve been craving.
This evening is for you if you’re ready to:

Breathwork can be a deeply nourishing and powerful experience. While the practice we’ll be guiding is gentle and accessible, it may still open the door to release stored emotions or stuck energy. You are always in control of your own breath, and we’ll be holding a safe, supportive space for whatever arises.

Bring: Water bottle, yoga mat if you have & an open mind. (Optional to bring eye mask, blanket and pillow.
Before: Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to breathe deeply, and try to avoid eating for at least 2 hours before the session.

About the facilitators
Alexandra Shield
Alexandra Shield is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, embodiment mentor, holistic sex and intimacy coach and speaker. She has been guiding breathwork sessions for over three years and hold grounded, somatic-based spaces that support nervous system regulation, presence, and deep connection to self.
Alexandra has supported hundreds of clients from around the world in reclaiming their voice, body, pleasure, and power. She works with women, men, individuals, and couples, guiding them through 1:1 coaching, mentorships, online programs, workshops, and transformational events. Alexandra has co-facilitated men’s group work, held sacred women’s circles, and continues to lead spaces where healing, embodiment, and liberation take place.
Darren Fitsharris
Darren has worked in the breath work space for the last 3 years facilitating men’s, women’s, all gender and 1-1 breath sessions and retreats.
He is a master breathwork instructor and facilitator guiding men and women through emotional blockages, trauma and shifting negative energy from the body. He is also an ice bath and Oxygen Advantage instructor for functional breathing and sports performance helping adults, kids and athletes retrain and improve their everyday breathing and breathing for their respective sports. Darren run weekly breath as well as breath and ice sessions.
He also run a movement and holistic program for clients with Autism, intellectual disabilities mental health, stress, and anxiety building resilience in their nervous system through movement while shifting their body from a sympathetic state (fight/flight) to a parasympathetic state (rest and digest) through holistic healing.

High Blood Pressure that is not controlled with medication. Cardiovascular disease and/or irregularities including prior heart attack. Prior strokes or seizures. Pregnancy. Asthma (if you have asthma you must have your inhaler available) Prior diagnosis by a health professional of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis during the past 10 years. Currently taking medication that alters brain chemistry anti-anxiety, anti-depressant, anti-psychotic. If you have been diagnosed with PTSD and still have strong symptoms. Severe reactions to the C jab.
