Can you read all those words without laughing, feeling uncomfortable, cringing?

We learn our belief system as very little children and then we move through life creating experiences to match our beliefs. Some of our negative and limiting beliefs are grounded in emotion and previous life experiences.

I meet many people or coach clients who feel so much stigma, taboo and shame around sex and their own body. They really struggle to love and accept their own genitals and other body parts. If this is you, trust me, you are far from alone. Due to our conditioning, upbringing and previous experience this is unfortunately very common.

If someone is having a hard time just talking about sex and their own genitals I get them to say the words above out loud for themselves at home or for me until it comes as natural as any other word. This is a simple practice that takes no time or effort but can have a powerful and beautiful impact on the way we feel around our own bodies.

Try it yourself, how many times do you have to say those words out loud before it feel as normal as saying pasta, corona or hand sanitiser?
